14-Day Returns: Under UK law, you have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel. The product must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
Non-returnable items: For safety and hygiene, wheelchairs that have been used, cushions, and custom-built wheelchairs cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to start a return: Email info@mobilitypluswheelchairs.uk with your order number and reason. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are paid by customer unless item is faulty.
Faulty / Damaged on arrival: Please contact us within 48 hours with photos at info@mobilitypluswheelchairs.uk. We will arrange free replacement or full refund.
